Logically, this is only possible with undamaged packaging that is returned with unbroken seals. Please also frank the package sufficiently. After receipt of the goods, we will refund the invoice amount to you within 14 days. Both the costs and the risk of sending (for example if a package gets lost at PostNL) are for your own account when returning. So if you want to be sure that the package arrives with us, send your return by registered mail or as a package. We also kindly request you to report your return within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@nopaintattoo.eu, stating the order number, please state the order number on the return package.

 

Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender if possible. NB! The return costs are for your own account.

 

NB! The seals on the packages must not be broken. Returns that do not comply with this, that are damaged, soiled or altered can be refused and will therefore not be refunded.
